Aweful to say but the Northern Beach's are starting to look like the Jersey shores beach's during the summer ! The Banks are Nothing like it used to be . As for Locals ... there's only a few that stay and brave the onslaught of visitors every weekend . Visitors just don't care , they don't get that its somebodies HOME , their on vacation so they can do whatever they want . We stopped renting about 5 years ago and only go down in the off seasons . Kids use it once in awhile during the summer .
With this real estate explosion the past year or so probably gonna see a big change in the islands !
