They are just starting to pick up some ocean fish off of Cape Henry, VA this week. I doubt that you will find any around Corolla yet. Now, with having said that, fish will swim anywhere they want whenever they want to. There is also the chance of hooking up at the Bonner Bridge or just outside on the shoals. In either case, let's hope they make a showing around the Outer Banks like they did a few winters ago. Good luck and let us know what you find.
