I'd do one or the other, the paved road could be open by December 2nd. I'll say this weekend doesn't look good might be ocean overwash at high tide, calling for 10 footers so far on the marine forecast and a higher tide I guess with the new moon. I think I saw that there are no reservations available for the Swan Quarter and Cedar Island ferries this weekend so you might want to check that out if your planning on going that way.
