Ferry help

Hey guys. This ones for the locals. I will be in manteo for a weddin the weekend of the second. Thats the same weekend of the core sound decoy festival. Is it even feasable to take the hatteras to ocracoke and then ocracoke to cedar island ferry to get there in reasonable time or is it a lost effort. Thought about trying that sunday morning.
