Thanks Rick. Yeah that is what I have been targeting the past 3-4 years, but just thought I would check. If the wind is blowing on the ocean, I was checking if it was worth going inland to Manns Harbor to try my luck. I will stick to some surf fishing, and maybe some wading across the bridge of Oregon Inlet, if the bridge will be open to now 4x4 at that time. I normally park in the lot next to the catwalk.
