Heading back to the Island the week of October 13th. Wanting to get some opinions "Capt D" if we should concentrate our fishing in the Tri-Village area or stay/fish further North or South. Still waiting to book a place. Treating our Oil and Gas Field workers to a nice Fall OBX fishing adventure and want to make it a nice time for them. Feedback would be great! Also need some information on getting Beach Driving permits. Thanks and Tight Lines!
