Idea's

Heading back to the Island the week of October 13th. Need some opinions "Capt D" on whether we should stay/fish in the Tri-Village area or move futher South or North. I haven't booked a place yet, but need to ASAP. Treating our Oil and Gas Field Workers to a week of Fall OBX Fishing and want to try to make sure its a nice deal. I also need some information on how to obtain beach driving permits and if there are any current restrictions. Two years ago there didn't seem to be any restrictions driving anywhere in the Tri-Village area. Thanks and Tight Lines.
