As you're up on the issue, will take your count over others - for sure. But, that being the case...then Rep. Jones is wrong on the current count?? Do you believe count he's using came from other than the Wild Horse Fund, - the "experts"? (Rhetorical questions Lenny)!!

Many years ago legislature said Outer Banks could only support 30 horses! Now that their penned up in an area fractional to the original, how can there be room for 130 -160?? "Trust No One" seems to be applicable again.

Btw, can remember the roundups in Whalehead. Horses were whipped onto trailers. And they bore marks of prior whippings too. That, done by those who claim to be the experts in humane treatment. (Sorry had to get that out of my craw.)
