I'd try a pompano rig from the tackle shops, it's a double hooked mono rig with small gold Kahle style hooks with red beads. Being around an inlet you might also catch spot and black drum. I'd try real bloodworms or the fake bloodworm Fishbites on one hook and fresh shrimp or sand fleas on the other hook. Try the sand fleas with the orange eggs or even better soft shells. Fish in close, if you think you look retarded your doing it right.

God Bless those guys. My grandfather was at Pearl Harbor on the St. Louis cruiser when WWII started and then was transfered to the 2nd Yorktown carrier. The St. Louis sank not long ago while being towed to a scrap yard in a storm off South Africa. The Yorktown is at the Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum in Charleston, South Carolina and is worth a stop over if anybody is headed south to Florida. You can go walk on the Yorktown and see the planes. You can also go inside a submarine there....
