Probably not monsters then, but 25 lb. fish offshore are very likely. Dolphin or tuna.Make up charters would fit your price range.Sometime they work and other times your stuck with guys whose only fishing experance is catching bluegills.Had a buddy that took a make up out of Teach's three weeks ago and had a ball.Took home 185 lb. Dolphin fillets split between 5 of them and put a 80 lb. white marlin on the deck.Biggest dolphin was 30 lb.Cost was 1450.00 plus taxes and tip.split 5 ways.He was luckey his party had some real fisherman on it.Could get stuck with the bluegill guys. Make ups are iffy. Could get lucky or not.PS have a bunch of those Dolphin fillets in my freezer--good stuff.
