Macks have a fishy taste, sort of an oily fish. Like blues.Personally sort of like that. Fish should taste like fish.Can make them taste a little palitable, by cooking with crab seasoning or lemon and pepper.Use a glass baking dish, put it in the oven at 350 with a good bit of butter.Let it melt and add fillets and seasoning, and cook til fish flakes with a fork.Can do the same in a frying pan.Worlds best crab seasoning can be bought at Austins Seafood.
