I meant rainbow trout, I can't imagine how much those hard to catch trout would cost, can they be farm raised?

I have rainbow trout in my pond, I do not know how to target them because it's got a lot of bass and bluegill.

And in the news this just shows you can eat fried fish and chips in moderation (Fridays) and survive .......
