Chicken Salad For Sandwiches

Another make something good out of canned meat, also you can find Kraft Sandwich Spread at Food Lion as Walmart does not carry it.

Chicken Salad For Sandwiches

2 - 12.5 oz canned chicken breast drained
3 stalks of celery finely chopped
1 - 15 oz jar of "Kraft" Sandwich Spread
lightly salt and pepper

Drain and rinse chicken breast in can 3 times to remove some of the salt and to keep the chicken taste from being overpowering then dump into a big glass bowl and crush the chicken chunks with a fork. Add chopped celery and mix together with 3/4 jar of Kraft Sandwich Spread or more of it if dry. For a party appetizer plate cut the crust off the sandwiches and then diagonally into 4 triangles.
