I have not tried smoked salmon sounds good all of it uses a salt brine for the smoking so watch out if you have high blood pressure.

Worth mentioning Outback Steakhouse has a great grilled salmon they use steak seasoning on the fish tried it at the Nags Head location.

The steaks are good too. If feel like being a pig try their ribeye steak. Less of a crowd but crowded, tourists do not want chain food.
