You can make canned fish taste good, turned out to be a winner so decided to write it down while on my mind and my other makes a bunch of it.
Sometimes I use chopped boiled eggs that is a real old country way. I prefer using one boiled egg per can, more quick not - boil, cool, peel.
Version 2 .......
Tuna Salad For Sandwiches
2 - 12 oz canned tuna drained
3 stalks of celery finely chopped
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/2 cup pickle cubes semi-drained
3/4 cup of "Kraft" Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard (a good shot)
lightly salt and pepperDrain and rinse tuna in can 3 times to remove some of the fishy taste then dump into a large glass bowl along with rest of ingredients and mix well, add more mayonnaise if dry. You can also add 2 chopped boiled eggs if you like them in it.
