Worked at Pizza Hut for 4 yrs. through and after high school, late 80's early 90's. 5am prepping dough, cutting green peppers, making salads, prepping more dough, hand tossed, thin n crispy and did I mention prepping dough?? I think, but not sure but they don't make the dough from scratch anymore, it comes in frozen disks and then put in the proofer to rise for the pan pizza.
