pineapple upside down cake is my favorite.
here is a easy meatball recipe:
2 lb. of 90/10 ground chuck
1 lb.of low fat sausage (i make my own)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
big sweet onion chopped up
1 green pepper chopped up
no salt, plenty in soup
black pepper to taste
poultry seasoning to taste
garlic powder to taste.
roll mixture in balls of your size choice
brown in big skillet
add soups
cover, but leave crack or vent on lid.
stir often.
the soups will make a good gravy.
