How about a cake.

A favorite from a long gone distant relative and good to have with a cup of coffee in the morning .......

Pineapple Coconut Pound Cake (Wiz's Easy Southern Bundt Pan)

1 (15.25 oz) box Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) box Jello Coconut Cream instant pudding and pie filling
1/2 cup Crisco oil
1 cup water
4 eggs

Blend for 2 minutes in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Bake in Bundt pan for 42-45 minutes at 325 degrees, check with a toothpick when about done. Can store on counter or as gift in reusable dollar store cake carriers.

Making Different Pound Cakes

This is a real moist cake because of the pudding and with no icing makes it not so sweet to eat. You can use a different cake mix and pudding like yellow with any kind of pudding such as banana or chocolate with chocolate, strawberry cake mix with cheesecake, vanilla or coconut cream, Lemon Supreme with vanilla or a lemon instant pudding, carrot cake with vanilla. Another is a box of spice cake mix with a small can of pumpkin pie filling.
