Just on the other side of the Washington Baum bridge to the south is a road at the light marked Boat Access. That's it.
Really can't miss it. If you Turn Right at light it goes to Pirates Cove.
Turn left at light to boat access or the fishing piers under the bridge. If you hit the next light it goes to Manteo.
