boat ramps

Im from Virginia coming down to obx on fathers day. I have a 22 ft key west walk around. I m looking for some boat ramps to put my boat over, public or private. I dont mind paying. Also I have never fished in the sound before. If anyone would offer some advice on where to get on some drum, flounder, or specs. Thanks in advance.
