King,
Don't be so hard on the missing CCTV coverage. Worked my last 15 years before retirement at a PennDOT Traffic Management Center. Many factors come into effect to produce the images (Software, Internet, T-1 lines & electric). Plus there free for all to see. But not DOT. (Here in PA. a T-1 line would cost us $350 + a month)
Hope Capt. & Crew made it home OK. We had some nasty t-storms up here in PA.
How's the new property? When is the big move?
