Re: location. South of Lake Erie.

Re: storm. Bad damage swath from daughters 2 miles SW, thru the OP development here. Extreme damage in width 150 - 300 ft. wide. Center came directly over roof. Weather bureau says microburst. Not. Had holes thru siding on side away from storm + neighbors post light bent 45 degrees "into" the wind. Power out again briefly late yesterday as transformer repair finally completed just outside the gate. Yes we're "gated"...sometimes wonder if to keep the bad guys out or the OP in:):)

Re: son-in-law. Yes congrats in order. Couldn't be prouder w/ him at age 40 chosen for the team. Will be one of the best of the best stateside as Seals and Green Berets operate outside US. HRT missions are stateside as well as abroad. Our crew will now be stressed every day worryin bout him.

Re: snow. Only dusting since yesterday AM. Temp overnite = 17.

Cabin fever already settin in. Makin small repairs today, rotating food stock in basement etc....pretty sad.

Have to do food loss inventory for insurance over the weekend.
