the port o call restaurant in kill devil hills, beach road, is good for nite life. i havent heard much about the food there. i do like mulligans and tortugas lie for lunch and dinner. they are also on the beach road near kill devil hills. but i also love basnights lone cedar cafe on the causeway. you gotta go there at least once. bassnights and mulligans are where the locals eat. i have seen basnights packed at lunch even during the winter.
