Looks like it's just being stopped for certain areas of Nags Head probably because the lower rate people won't complain that much.

It could be all a scam for the county and towns to make a little bit of money off more money.

Like I said the whole special tax thing is not necessary if they put it off a little while longer and collect more money.

People are going to understand certain beaches are in more need of it than others, it's the same areas that are getting the storm overwash.

Like Buxton and the north end of Kitty Hawk, the washout at Hurricane Mo's is bad. The dune beside the road is gone again.

Also the hotel and condo strip in Kill Devil Hills is getting really thin, one of those scattered would be a big mess.
