Hi Capt ....brrrrrrr winter won't go away easy !!!

$13k is a mere pimple on the cost of the actual nourishment .... I'm guessing it's just principle in that even though Hatteras is basically a NPS environment and should pick up the majority of the costs , ALL should help out , especially the beachfronters . In Nags when they did it there was a gradual decrease as you got further away from the beach but since everybody uses the beach in some way we all had to pay . The Hatteras situation is different than Nags to Corolla for sure .
My question now is that the 5 years is up ....I'm waiting too see what the commissioners are going to do with that money they are collecting from us .... will they stop collecting ??? yeah ok .... that won't happen .
