That whole thing is silly, they could put it off a little while longer and collect more money then not special tax anybody anywhere for it.

And everybody will be happy.

Anyway winter won't go away here 39 degrees last night and last weekend's tourists got a surprise, the wind had a little hurricane howl to it.
