If the toll is high it would end up being a summer Saturday bridge instead of a functional bridge, toll is more than the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.

And the toll booth design was hard to make out but looked dumb, it looked like 3 toll booths on each side which probably won't be used often.

Seems like one big booth for two people if needed in the middle on each side would work out better and move the merger lanes back aways from it.

More like what hasn't yet, hurricane paths can shift with each forecast and tropical storms can get stronger quick. What about the east coast tsunami?

As for the beach driving it will be closed during the summer like Corolla when they open it up which is going to happen again with or without a bridge.

It should be brought back up around the 4th of July to see what that rental crowd thinks about the bridge.

Could a tsunami strike the U.S. East Coast?
