I concure with Tom.....it is total BS that people openly know that the biggest flocks of these friggin birds are on top of Walmart & Kmart and YET the public is banned, on a public beach, given to the public,by the public,for the public all because some asswipe NPS employee fakes a story of seeing a "Holly Bird" .........which just so happens to coincide with the Drum run year,after year after year and the #1 surf fishing spot on the East Coast is shut down......I could bite a crowbar in half..................No we should not walk in the water ....about 1000 people in ORV's should just say the Hell with and take the Point back over
