The fall spot run at Kitty Hawk Pier was something to have seen back then. Some of them were using wheelbarrows and filling them up.

Somebody had a regular size refrigerator laying in the back of the truck that was used for an ice cooler, he would park by the ramp up the pier.

It was strange seeing people run around with wheelbarrows on the pier and I've never seen it again since then.

I just had a 5 gallon bucket with a styofoam insert and that was all the spot I wanted to clean.

They would let people sleep in the parking lot and always had small RVs there.

Plenty of places to stay yet wasn't crowded.

I'm wondering if things will change when all those new rental houses that have been built start to get some age on them.
