garden did well. to much rain, then not enough.
plenty of tomatoes, Rutgers, early girl, lemon boy,
sweet 100. gave most to mom who makes best juice. I
swear that stuff can cure a cold. little salt and pepper
and some crackers, good to go!
green beans= 30 quarts + share with neighbors.
straight neck yellow squash, best I ever had, 5 every day.
plenty of cukes, made some good homemade pickels.
green peppers ok, still producing. better bell
planted fall stuff couple weeks ago. already up and doing
good. planted late beans(frost?). turnips, radishes,
beets, mustard greens. family and friends love the fresh
stuff. gave a lot away. I enjoy giving it to the older
people who can't garden anymore.
