You guys are talking about different kinds of Mullet. Jumping Mullet are what he was talking about. Baitfish. You are talking about what is called either Sea Mullet. Kingfish, or Whiting all three the same fish. Depends where you are fishing. It gets confusing. I have heard the Sand Flea flies work on the ones in the surf. Probably need to fish them on a calm day in the wash. The Clouser's are more of a minnow fly if I remember. Not really what these guys looking for. More of a bottom feeder. Bob Clouser is from Middletown Pa. and has been to my TU chapter up here. Really amazing fisherman
