I've had no luck finding any tackle shop on OBX, that carries flies. I would tie your own or buy them from your local shop before you arrive. I have been tying sand flea imitations with orange at the back to represent the eggs of a female flea. I think that might work for mullet in the surf. Also have a variety of Clouser's
