Jumping Mullets are vegaterions. I know I messed up spelling on that. I have heard them being caught like carp. Dough balls and so. Not sure what fly you would use for that. There are other fish that are called Mullets. Silver Mullets Black Mullets. Might be what you saw on TV. The Banks one's are best caught in a castnet. Best spend your time on other species. Maybe with a Mullet as a bait.
