Good choice! I'm not a big fan of braid , but it does have it's benefits. I like it for bass fishing , but it's just way too expensive for my bigger saltwater reels. I fish the piers , and it's not allowed on a few of them - people have had one too many pin rigs cut off when someone with braid hooks a big ray. Plus it's hard to hand line a fish up if you have braid without cutting yourself.

I've had good luck with the high vis Suffix lines , and original Stren.
