One Pan Cobbler

If your interested I've been using this recipe below lately with fresh blueberries instead of the Comstock pie filling, that way is good too.

One Pan Cobbler

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup sugar
1 (21 oz) can Comstock pie filling (blueberry, cherry, peach or apple)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in 12x8 inch baking pan. Add milk, Bisquick mix and sugar; stir until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of pie filling over batter. Bake 30-35 minutes until deep golden brown.
