inlet bridge

I had some work in the area and had some time to kill yesterday, so I rode over the inlet. It was extremely rough but the birds were tearing the water up. So I pulled into the pea island parking lot and watched them a few minutes and they were actually pulling out some 7-8" fish. So being the gluten for punishment person I am I walked out on the catwalk beside the bridge and tried to cast and my jighead almost boomerange back all the way to me. Not quite sure if anything was underneath them pushing them up or if they were feeding on what the dredger was churning up but I didn't have much time to stand there but I had to try. They were about 100 yds from the rocks on the bridge so yall keep your eyed open.
