Thanks for clearing that up John. I was under the impression that you could still drive at night in the summer if the area wasn't closed for turtles/birds/tourists/giant sand fleas or whatever.

I've been more of a pier rat lately , so I haven't kept up with it. New rules every year make it tough on people that are only down a couple of times a year.
