Allen,
I use fish finder rigs. Pyramid weight, size just depends on conditions. 6 to 8 oz. is pretty much the standard with 8/0 circle hook with fresh mullet, spot head or tuna belly. 6" leader from hook to swivel to cut down on the helicopter effect. GOOD LUCK!
