Drum Rigs

Heading down to Hatteras in 2 weeks. What is the best rig to use for catching big red drum? Fish finder? What size hook, best bait, etc? We've been going to OB for years, but never really targeted the big drum. Typically use the 2 hook rigs. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
