I would suggest chartering a good local captain, tell him what your doing, and let them show you the proper areas to fish. I think Rick Caton is out of Oregan Inlet, at least he used to be.
Doug Martin out of Teach's Lair would be good for Hatteras.
More Cobia south I think.
