Around the end of this month and be back this fall and next spring, probably won't travel during the winter because of ice and snow.
The realtor said it's usually gone when the sun comes out. I figured the pond to be 3/4 acre and know it's spring fed from a stream.
And noticed there's a small river on the other side of the neighbor's field. He has cattle and the other neighbor has some horses.
I'm already starting off on a good foot by letting him continue to use the pond for water and some land for grazing for the cattle.
Through the realtor, I have not met him. My grandfather's brother had cattle and kept the bull in a pen and I'm hoping he does too.
Anyway all the inspections have turned out good like the termite, radon, septic tank only a few minor issues with the home inspection.
Seeing if they can be fixed like some bats are hanging out under the roof vent, chimney flue not closing, the gfci outlets not working.
Also while he was there said two black cleaning ladies that had been coming there for a long time and they were in tears about leaving.
So will get them to come back once a year in the spring. I found out through my own research that the owner is a professional golfer.
I think I'm going to like the area. The bootlegger that inspired the old Dukes of Hazzard tv show series is from there, Jerry Rushing.
