Fishing update

Surf has calmed down to where you can keep a line out, so migrated down there last night. Pier fishing was ok, but I'm a beach kind of guy. My buddy lost a really nice Drum on the pier Monday night waiting to get a net to bring it up, but other than that, it was slow on the pier Monday night. Yesterday was a grind on the pier. Only saw 1 puppy Drum caught all day. Caught some spot, small mullet and some puffers. Tried the beach at dark last night and landed a nice size mullet and spot.
On the beach this beautiful morning and just one small gray trout (but I'm back on the beach)
And when did the ole Salty Captain D get so sensitive!
