Still would be having trouble with the road there and kind of pointless to design it as a series of bridges to be connected. The tractor trailers and gas tankers will beat them to pieces eventually and all of it will have to be replaced. As far as getting a fair land price, where I'm at the water dept was looking to expand at one time and the county kept the property values real, real low. Right after they built a water tank behind what they had instead of the other side of the highway the property values went up 10x what it was listed because they didn't want the land anymore. I remember when it didn't exist and people used shallow wells here. I'm going to try to hook mine back up to one of those cheap red hand pumps but not for drinking.
