It is for both the inlet and a new bridge, a dredge is expected to arrive this week.

Anyway the outside cats water bowl was a solid block of ice this morning, I'm hoping that's going to be the last freeze.

I'm kind of looking forward to seeing a few thunderstorms and some spring fog from the sound and ocean after this winter.

Also looked like a mix of fish might be starting to show up on the southern end of Ocracoke Island, a wind from the south could be good there.

With passage blocked, Coast Guard closes inlet
