I haven't tried Bob's. This one is similar to but a little better than what I've had at other restaurants....
Crab Cakes
1 lb. of crabmeat
2 eggs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of TabascoSaltine crackers crushed
Crush up Saltine crackers in a ziplock bag with a measuring cup for the coating, mix all other ingredients together in a bowl. Make 4 big or 5 small cakes out of the mix, roll them in the cracker crumbs and then refrigerate crab cakes for 1 hour to set. Fry them in a little bit of canola oil just long enough to brown both sides, no longer than 2 minutes.
