Fishing was pretty good.
Friday was rain all day until sunset. Still went out in the morning and evening on Grassy Sound. 2 non keeper Flounder.
Sat. we fished the Del. bay and ocean off Cape May. Lots of non-keepers. Water temps starting to rise.
Sun. we fished off Cape may inlet (1 1/2 miles out) and thru the inlet. Caught 3 keepers. 1-18 1/2, 1-19, 1-17 3/4. Had one to the boat that the crew said was over 20. I can't tell how big they are in the water. So I have to take there word for it. Used mostly drifting minnows and jig heads with New Penny Shrimp (Gulp) Water temps really rising.
Left this morning and got back to Harrisburg about an hour ago.
Overall a very fun and good trip.
Can't wait til the last week of Sept. for the OB.
