Welcome back! I'm glad your feeling better. I got into the poison ivy cleaning up the yard. Mornings probably will be the way to go if the weather stays the same. The afternoons have had some rain showers usually from the darker clouds and a few have been thunderstorms, it's been warm with a nice breeze.

Most people are catching the speckled trout in the sound like at the little bridge on the Nags Head Causeway, wading behind the Bodie Island Lighthouse and wading in Kitty Hawk Bay. I heard the commercial fishermen have caught some from the beach on the north side of Avalon Pier and I've seen a few nice size trout carcasses that were filleted I think washed up from Avalon Pier.

I'd probably check out the fishing piers on Saturday and little bridge on Sunday with the wind direction this weekend.
