Secret. Big secret. This Capt has never gone to the little bridge in 33 years. Never. No need. Catch so many in HI surf and "secret" sound spot arms tired each day:):)

Clinics all booked up Tues., & Thurs. for 3 weeks cept for 1 slot open on the 4th. May cancel all that day, and just chill out. Not sure tho what that means as have never done it.

As for the recipe, thanks again.

Son-in-law brings meat in freezer from FL. He's the grill "master." No par boiling or oven for ribs. All grill. Takes him most of the day btw trimmin, marinating and slooooooooo cookin. The Street Crimes Task Force detective is h*ll of a chef. Down side is btw cookin and workin out, swimming and running daily (marathon training) we don't see him much on the beach or fishin. (Lately for fun, he's been running marathon events in full flak jacket. Thats about an extra 40 lbs.) And...this aged Capt is puffin just luggin stuff to the beach each mornin....go figure!!
