Alright...let's talk fishing

Well it has been one long ass Winter & Spring to say the least.I think everyone living on the East Coast is about over it.
Alright...enough of that gloomy jazz.....let's talk fishing.
The offshore boats have had a good go of the Bluefin Tunas from Hatteras to OI.
The Miss Hatteras made her first all day offshore bottomfishing trip on Saturday and did VERY WELL on the Triggerfish and scattered Snowy & Gag Groupers.
I was really impressed with what I saw.
Also heard of scattered King Mackeral as well.....Boy I'd like to have a couple of big slabs for the smoker!!!
Butterfly jigging has been producing False Albacores,Amberjacks and a few Blackfin Tuna too.
We are scheduled to go bottomfishing 2 days this week if we get decent weather.
My son has been commercial net fishing and said there seems to be alot of Seamullets around but the Dogsharks are so thick that they eat them out of the nets before they can pick them out of the nets!!..Big Bummer
Also seems to be a good showing of the Blowtoads along the beach as well.I myself with some of my buds are planning an attack on them bad boys this week.
