I hope the trick or treaters can swim. The partly buried car is gone and now a hot tub is in the middle of the beach road. The water has been going down in this neighborhood and the ocean is starting to lay down, starfish are washing up on the beach. The bypass is still flooded tonight around MP 4 in Kitty Hawk, the police are there with their flashing lights on at it. A detour is set up around that area through the neighborhoods on the west side to Kitty Hawk Road.
